Subscriptions & Cancellation

For subscription-based products, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will stop future payments but will not refund payments already made, as you will have already received access to digital course material.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of the United Kingdom.

In order to maintain the integrity of our services and protect intellectual property, we may require all applicants to Project 30 to complete identity verification prior to signing the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and receiving access to course materials. This is to:

• Verify the identity of the individual signing the NDA;
• Ensure that the NDA is legally enforceable;
• Prevent fraud and unauthorised access to proprietary content.

What We Collect

We may request a clear image or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driving licence, or national ID card). We do not collect or store biometric data, nor do we require any unnecessary personal information beyond what is essential for identity confirmation.

The collection and processing of ID documents is carried out under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), which permits processing where it is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests—namely, protecting our business assets, enforcing our NDA, and preventing unauthorised access to premium services.

How We Use the Data

Your ID will be used solely for the purpose of verifying your identity during the application and onboarding process for Project 30. It will not be shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes. We will only access your ID for internal verification and potential enforcement of the NDA if breached.

How and Where Data Is Stored

Uploaded ID documents are stored securely and privately, with restricted access. We use safeguards to protect against unauthorised access or misuse. Data may be stored within our Discord support system (e.g. ticket bot) and our internal secure cloud storage systems, all of which are secure. We cannot guarantee 100% security in these data storages.

How Long We Keep the Data

We retain identity verification documents only for as long as necessary to serve the purpose for which they were collected, or as required by law. Typically, this will be for the duration of your access to Project 30 and for a maximum of 6 years thereafter, in line with limitation periods under UK law for legal claims (such as NDA enforcement).

Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to:
